As we were getting set up for our outside portion of the session, Baby's dad said "if we had a little boat, we could put her in the pond". He was kidding, of course, but as I briefly contemplated the idea, my eyes fixated on the bird bath. And so it goes....
And then, I spotted the TREE! JOY! 
This past week I took a little trip with 2 of our kids to my parents home in Northern WI. It was nice to step away from the day-to-day activities of a busy home and focus only on watching (wrangling) the kids and doing a little laundry!
