Those Cute Little Buttons

As I was working on a newborn session this afternoon, my mind began to wander. I had just edited a sweet little belly shot and thought about the MIRACLE that is the umbilical cord. A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. I went back to our maternity session to find Mamma's belly button. The connection. The lifeline. The key to LIFE. All because of a tiny little belly button that we each have. It's the "universal" birthmark.
